The proposal is to redesignate about 1.5 acres from Rural <br /> Buffer designated future land use to County Residential <br /> Transitional . <br /> In general , both land use designations are compatible with the <br /> Durham 2005 Comprehensive Plan. The Plan$ suggest that low <br /> density residential use is appropriate for this area.
