The Orange County Planning Staff has <br /> reviewed the proposal and finds it to be consistent <br /> with the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan adopted in <br /> November, 1987. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Orange County Planning Staff recommends approval of <br /> the proposed zoning of the Greene tract to Rural <br /> Transition (RT) and incorporation of that designation <br /> into the Orange County Zoning Atlas. <br /> An Orange County Planning Board recommendation will be <br /> prepared on May 15, 1989. The Board of Commissioners <br /> will consider the proposal for decision on June 5, <br /> 1989. <br /> • <br />
