The property is located east and <br /> west of N.C. Highway 86 and south of Eubanks Road. The <br /> property contains approximately 135 acres. <br /> The basis for proposed rezoning is contained in the <br /> staff report included with the proposed amendment to <br /> the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan (LUP-6-89) . <br /> Provided the Land Use Plan amendment is approved, the <br /> rezoning proposal would be consistent with the Plan. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Orange County Planning Staff recommends approval of <br /> the proposed zoning to Rural Residential (RR) <br /> and incorporation of that designation into the Orange <br /> • County Zoning Atlas. <br /> • <br /> An Orange County Planning Board recommendation will be <br /> prepared on May 15, 1989. The Board of Commissioners <br /> will consider the proposal for decision on June 5, <br /> 1989. <br />
