See the attached list of parcels <br /> and property owners. See attached tax map for graphic location. <br /> The current land use plan designation for this area is Rural Buffer <br /> and falls within the Joint Development Review Area. This area does <br /> not fall within a designated watershed. <br /> We are requesting the following for Map #9-1D tract #726628 and Map <br /> #2-21 Tract #726610. <br /> Change the planning category for these two tracts to <br /> Agricultural residential. <br /> We are requesting that the remaining tracts listed be changed to <br /> plan designation County Commercial Transition Activity Node. <br /> It is our intent to file for rezoning with a planned development. <br /> The following issues of development will be defined and limited by <br /> the planned development. <br /> A.
