Review so that the Schedule can <br /> be published at least 10 days prior to the first meeting. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: At this time, request for appeals indicate a small agenda. <br /> Recommendations are as follows: <br /> 1. The first meeting be Monday, April 1, at 7:25 p.m. <br /> (just prior to the regular commissioner's meeting). for <br /> the purpose of.taking the oath of office, and adjourn. <br /> 2. A meeting be scheduled for sometime in mid May to <br /> hear appeals. (Approximately 2 hours) <br /> ' 3. A final meeting be scheduled just prior to the <br /> regular commissioner's meeting the 1st Monday in <br /> June to approve the minutes of prior meetings and <br /> adjourn for 1989. <br /> • <br />
