These studies should <br /> include: <br /> o A determination of the feasibility of a refuse derived fuel <br /> waste-to-energy project with a lenute market (within 200 <br /> miles) for all or just a portion of the RDF that could be <br /> prcduced. If potential remote markets are identified, the <br /> study should address the siting of an RDF facility in the <br /> two County region; the size of the facility; all aspects of <br /> project economics including transportation costs and market <br /> value of the fuel; and a complete evaluation of community <br /> and environmental'impacts associated with the site(s) and <br /> .transportation systems.
