After long study and deliberation including an engineering <br /> study of the regional solid waste management options for Orange and <br /> Durham Counties by H.D.R. Engineering, this Task Force presents its <br /> recommendations to the governing bodies in both Counties. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Adopt Resolution as included in the back of this report. <br />
