No county shall be reouired to make an other <br /> 3 publication of such resolution under the provisions of any other <br /> 4 law. <br /> 5 (b) Each such resolution shall include articles of <br /> 6 incor.oration which shall set forth: <br /> 7 (1) The name of the authority; <br /> 8 (2) A statement that such authority is organized under <br /> 9 this Article; and <br /> 10 ( 3 ) The names of the three organizin. counties. <br /> 11 (c) h certified copy of each of such resolutions signifying the <br /> 12 determination to organize an authorit under the erovisions of <br /> 13 this Article shall be filed with the Secretar of State , tosether <br /> 14 with .roof of .ublication of the notice of hearino on each of <br /> 15 such reSolutions. If the Secretary of State finds that the <br /> 16 rasolutions , including the articles of incorporation, conform to <br /> 17 the provisions of this Article and that the notices of hearing <br /> 18 were properl oublished, he shall file such resolutions and <br /> 19 proofs of .publication in his office and shall issue a certificate <br /> 20 of incorporatipn under the seal of the State and shall record the <br /> 21 same in an alp .ro•riate book of record in his office . The issuance <br /> 22 of such certificate of incorporation by the Secretary of State <br /> 23 shall constitute the authorit a .ublic bod and body politic and <br /> 24 corporate of the State of North Carolina. Said certificate of <br /> 25 incor.oration shall be conclusive evidence of the fact that such <br /> 26 auth9r.,ty has been duly created and established under the <br /> 27 2122LLIPPE1...21._.9111512. <br /> 28 (d) When the authorit has been duly or.anized and its officers •c: <br /> 29 elected as herein .rovided the secretary of the authority shall <br /> 30 certify to the Secretary of State the names and addresses of such <br /> 31 officers as well as the address of the orinci .al office of the <br /> 32 authority. <br /> 33 (e) The Authority may become a Desionated ReCiDient pursuant to <br /> 34 the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 2964 , as amen6ed. <br /> 35 "S 160A-604.
