• <br /> • t <br /> (h) Provide such accounting, independent cost estimating and insurance • <br /> • <br /> counseling services as may be required for the Project and such legal services as the <br /> Client may require or the Engineer may reasonably request with regard to legal issues <br /> pertaining to the Project. <br /> (i) Furnish to the Engineer data or estimated figures as to the Client's <br /> anticipated costs for services to be provided by others for the Client so that the <br /> Engineer may make the necessary findings to support opinions of probable total •••• <br /> project costs. <br /> (j) Give prompt written notice to the Engineer whenever the Client observes or <br /> otherwise becomes aware of any development that affects the scope or timing of <br /> Engineer's services, or any defect or non conformance in any aspect of the Project. <br /> • (k) Furnish, or direct the Engineer to furnish, necessary Additional Services as <br /> provided in paragraph (6) of this Agreement. <br /> (1) Bear all costs incident to compliance with the requirements of this <br /> paragraph. <br /> (4) Period of Service. <br /> (a) The provisions of this section and the various rates of compensation for the <br /> • Engineer provided for elsewhere in this Agreement have been agreed to in <br /> anticipation of the orderly and continuous progress of the Project throughout the <br /> period of the Services. -. • <br /> (b) The Engineer shall begin services described_in__-Exhibit•..A as.
