If answers to these questions are not available, <br /> what should be the process and time frame for <br /> resolution? <br /> 4. Are there any conditions under which Orange County would <br /> convey land it currently owns at Seven Mile Creek to the <br /> Town of Hillsborough? <br /> 5. Should Hillsborough and Orange County enter into a <br /> written agreement on mutual respect for each land use <br /> plan and for cooperation on approval of development <br /> inside Hillsborough's ultimate utility source area but <br /> outside its current jurisdiction? <br /> 1. If not, why? <br /> 2. If yes, how do we proceed to develop the <br /> agreement? <br /> 3. In what time frame should this agreement be <br /> developed? <br /> 4. To what extent must this agreement include <br /> policies incorporated in the Orange County Water <br /> and Sewer Policy? <br /> 6. To what extent and under what conditions should users <br /> outside the Eno River basin (in Alamance County) be <br /> expected to receive water from the new reservoir and be <br /> considered for debt retirement for reservoir construction <br /> costs? <br />
