The revenue from this <br /> tax will be shared by the County and Municipalities within the <br /> County, and will be used to partially fund the planning, design, <br /> construction and improvement of public facilities--facilities <br /> necessitated in whole or in part by the development of land <br /> within Orange County. <br /> March 30, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. in the Old Courthouse, Hillsborough <br /> has been identified as a possible date and location for the Joint <br /> Public Hearing. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Establish March 30, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. as the date for <br /> the Joint Public Hearing of Chapel Hill ; Carrboro and Orange <br /> County on impact tax. <br />
