3 <br /> be made on a quarterly basis as collected. The quarterly amounts <br /> will vary because of varying amounts from the prison program. <br /> 2. The Health Department shall continue to provide supplies, utilities <br /> and personnel in providing dental services to the inmates. Dental <br /> services provided shall be in accord with applicable Health <br /> Department policy. <br /> 3. This agreement shall run for a period of one (1) year, from July 1, <br /> 1988 to June 30, 1989 and shall be renewable by written agreement <br /> between the parties from year to year. <br /> 4. This agreement or its renewals may be terminated at any time <br /> without penalty by either party provided that written notice of <br /> such termination is furnished to the other party at least sixty <br /> (60) days prior to termination. In the event of such termination, <br /> any payments due shall be paid to The Health Department within <br /> sixty (60) days of termination of this agreement.. <br /> 5. The contracting party hereby agrees with The University that, in <br /> its educational and/or employment practices, said cor-,,acting party <br /> will comply with such non-discrimination laws as may be applicable <br /> to it in the performance of this contract. <br /> 6. The laws of North Carolina shall govern the validity and <br /> interpretation of the provisions, terms and conditions of the <br /> agreement. <br /> • <br />
