2 <br /> 4. The Orange County Commission of Women has received <br /> revenue from the Women and Finance Conference. This <br /> revenue includes donations from businesses and <br /> registration fees from participants. The Commission's <br /> postage budget will be increased through these revenues. <br /> 5. This amendment will provide funds for a temporary CAT <br /> driver to provide services for OPC Mental Health. At the <br /> time of budget adoption, it was the thought that OPC <br /> would employ a full-time driver; however, OPC has <br /> expressed the desire to continue the combined courier/CAT <br /> driver contract with the Department on Aging. This <br /> amendment will increase the Department on Aging's budget <br /> and increase revenues generated by the CAT system. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve amendments to the 1988-89 Budget Ordinance <br /> by the proposed amendments. <br />
