Well thought out, planned economic development is <br /> essential for a vital, healthy community. Develop and implement a program <br /> to foster an awareness of the contribution that properly regulated economic <br /> development can make to the well-being of the community. Among these <br /> contributions are: <br /> - Increasing non-residential tax base <br /> - Employment opportunities within Orange County <br /> - Enhance diversity & vitality of population mix <br /> - Cultural enrichment <br /> - Leaders whose personal and financial resources <br /> enrich the community <br /> Timeframe/ EDC <br /> Implementor Budget <br /> 4.A EDC Report to the People.
