Implementing the ordinance will impose costs on <br /> the County for professional staff and costs' on property <br /> owners (which will be passed on to citizens) both for <br /> preparing the statements and because of the delays built into <br /> the process. The time delays as spelled out in the ordinance <br /> only serve to prolong an already long and tedious process and <br /> delays cost money. <br /> • 3. Need for Timetable.
