038 <br /> 2.3.2 Will generate more than 2200 pounds (five 55-gallon <br /> drums) per month of hazardous materials, as defined <br /> in the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 261, Subpart III <br /> D; and/or <br /> 2.3.3 Requires an EIS by a Federal or State agency; and/or <br /> 2.3.4 Disturbs any site identified in an Inventory of Sites <br /> of Cultural, Historic, Recreational, Biological, & <br /> Geological Significance in the Unincorporated <br /> Portions of Orange County" and the Orange County <br /> Inventory of Natural Areas. "Disturb" shall include <br /> any physical alteration or activity on the Inventory <br /> Site, as well as alteration or activity on adjacent <br /> land area which could have a quantifiable negative <br /> effect on the site. <br /> 2.3.5 Involves a wastewater treatment system with design <br /> capacity of more than 3000 gpd, or land application <br /> system, within the Water Quality Critical Area of <br /> Water Supply Watersheds as defined by the Orange <br /> County Comprehensive Land Use Plan. <br /> 2.3.6 Involves water usage as an integral part of the <br /> operation of a commercial or industrial activity, <br /> excluding domestic water (25 gpd per employee) , and <br /> water used for climate control (air conditioning and <br /> heating) , and excluding projects for which total <br /> water usage does not exceed 50,000 gpd. <br /> SECTION 3. REVIEW OF ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTS <br /> 3.1 Review of Environmental Impact Statements <br /> 3.1.1 The County Planning Department shall transmit to <br /> the State Clearinghouse an is prepared pursuant to <br /> this ordinance which requires a state permit <br /> identified in Section 2.2.5. The State Clearinghouse <br /> provides for review by appropriate state agencies. <br /> The Planning Department shall transmit with the EIS <br /> any additional information or comments that the county <br /> wishes to be considered by the state agencies. <br /> 3.1.2 The County Planning Department will review the <br /> adequacy of any EIS required pursuant to Section 2.3 <br /> and shall advertise the availability of the document <br /> for public review at the Planning Department.
