The <br /> conversion is a continuation of the project begun in <br /> 1987 to change all County addresses to permanently <br /> assigned house numbers. To date, eight Rural Routes <br /> have been converted (Chapel Hill routes 2,5,8,11 and <br /> 15; Rougemont routes 2 and 3; and Hurdle Mills route <br /> 1) . <br /> pute 1, Chapel Hill encompasses an area in the extreme <br /> southwest corner of Orange County, bounded generally by <br /> NC 54 W from white Cross to Oaks Community on the <br /> north, Alamance County line on the west, C atham County <br /> line on the south, and Butler Road on east Roads <br /> either partially or in their entirety, contained in the <br /> route change, are as follows: Orange Grove, Teer, <br /> Stanford, Morrow Mill, Gold Mine Loop, Milliken, Orange <br /> Chapel Clover Garden, Old Greensboro, Collins Mountain, <br /> Wildcat Creek, White Cross, Dawson, Collins Creek <br /> Drive, Bracken Lane, Crawford Dairy, Tidwell, Wildcat <br /> Lane, Bobcat, Puma Lane, Lapin Lane, and Whipporwril• <br /> Lane. <br />
