ORANGE COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT 030 <br /> 306F REVERE ROAD <br /> HILLSBOROUGH, NORTH CAROLINA 27278 <br /> • <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ON THE ASSIGNMENT OF <br /> HOUSE NUMBERS TO RURAL ROUTE 13 <br /> (Partial/Smith Level Road) CHAPEL HILL <br /> IN ORANGE COUNTY, N.C. <br /> Pursuant to the requirements of the General Statutes of N.C. , <br /> Chapter 153A, Section 240, notice is hereby given that a <br /> Public Hearing will be held in the Superior Courtroom of the <br /> New County Courthouse in Hillsborough, N.C. at 7:30 p.m. on <br /> Monday, February 27, 1989 for the purpose of giving all <br /> interested citizens an opportunity to speak for or against <br /> the assignment of house numbers on Smith Level Road (partial <br /> Chapel Hill rural route 13) . <br /> ASSIGNMENT OF HOUSE NUMBERS <br /> Smith Level Road (including Clarence Dr. ) is proposed for a <br /> change from existing rural box numbers to a system of <br /> 111 <br /> permanently assigned house numbers. Smith Level Road extends <br /> southward from NC 54 Bypass to Chatham County and includes <br /> Clarence Drive. <br /> All interested citizens are invited to attend this hearing <br /> and be heard. Public comment must be received during the <br /> Public Hearing. Changes may be made in the advertised <br /> proposal which reflect debate, objections and discussion at <br /> the hearing. <br /> Questions regarding the proposal should be directed to Don <br /> Powell in the Orange County Planning Department. The <br /> Planning Department is located in the <br /> Agricultural-Environmental Center, 306-F Revere Road in <br /> Hillsborough.
