Such severe restrictions such as creating a <br /> minimum lot size of eleven and one half acres for a twenty year <br /> period is of grave concern to our board. Concern was also ex- <br /> pressed relative to the one hundred foot buffer requirement that <br /> would be placed on adjoining property owners. These concerns <br /> along with the fact that since that portion of Duke Forest that <br /> surrounds the major portion of our property has been deleted from <br /> your Public Interest proposal , Orange-Alamance board of directors <br /> by a unanimous vote requests that Orange-Alamance Water System, • <br /> Inc.
