Marshall introduced the follow- <br /> ing order authorizing bonds which was read: <br /> ORDER AUTHORIZING $ 200,000 <br /> REFUNDING BONDS <br /> BE IT ORDERED by the Board of Commissioners for the <br /> County of Orange <br /> 1.
