Fikes <br /> TELEPHONE NUMBER- <br /> Hillsborough - 732-8181 <br /> Chapel Hill - 968-4501 <br /> Mebane - 227-2031 <br /> Durham - 688-7331 <br /> PURPOSE: To advise the Board of Commissioners of the status of <br /> the Rencher Street CDBG Program. <br /> BACKGROUND: One of the requirements of the County's plan for CDBG <br /> Program Administration for the Rencher Street Project <br /> is the provision of quarterly status reports on <br /> expenditures and accomplishments to the Board of <br /> County Commissioners. In order to comply with this <br /> requirement, the Housing and Community Development <br /> Department will submit these reports to the Board at <br /> the end of each quarter until the project is <br /> completed. <br /> This is the first report which covers the first <br /> quarter which ended December 31 , 1988. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Receive as information. <br />
