The <br /> Department on Aging is responsible for the staffing (planning, <br /> coordinating, management) for the C.A.T. program employing a part <br /> time C.A.T. coordinator and transportation supervisor and nine <br /> drivers. The C.A.T. Program has been operational since July, 1986. <br /> S.
