Revisions to the impact <br /> tax bill also include minor changes recommended by Chapel Hill 's <br /> attorney, Ralph Karpinos. <br /> As I recall, the Work Group directed staff to prepare a <br /> final copy of these items by February 1, to serve as an agenda <br /> item for presentation to our various governing bodies in early <br /> February. If you would like to see any further changes, please <br /> let me know as soon as possible.
