The revenue from this tax <br /> will be shared by the County and Municipalities within the <br /> County, and will be used to partially fund the planning, <br /> design, construction and improvement of public facilities-- <br /> facilities necessitated in whole or in part by the development <br /> of land within Orange County. <br /> Local legislation will have to be introduced prior to <br /> March 16. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br />
