It provides a multi-year approach to problem <br /> solving and capital financing, and allows county and school <br /> administrators to effectively plan construction projects within <br /> the five-year CIP period. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : The Manager recommends Board approval of the 1989-94 <br /> Capital Improvement Plan as presented. <br />
