4 <br /> RECOMMENDED REVISION OF THE APPOINTMENT DATE FOR HSAC MEMBERS <br /> 4)C. HSAC members shall be appointed by the Board of <br /> Commissioners for staggered three year terms so that <br /> one-third of the terms expire in June of each calendar <br /> year. Members are eligible for reappointment for a <br /> second consecutive full term.
