= . <br /> Social Worker I, the departments of the hospital and other other staff personnel. <br /> Changes in duties and/or basis of financial participation may be made after <br /> prior written approval and agreement between N.C. Memorial Hospital, the <br /> Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Orange County Department of Social <br /> Services. Any changes in this agreement to add personnel will require the <br /> approval of the Orange County Board of Social Services and County Commissioners. <br /> 7. This Agreement shall be for the term January 17, 1989 to June 30, 1989. <br /> 8. It is the intention of the parties that this Agreement be reviewed <br /> annually, as near March 1st of each year as possible, and may be terminated by <br /> either party upon 60 days written notice but preferably at the beginning of <br /> each fiscal year. <br /> For the purpose of notice, the respective parties shall be served by <br /> certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, addressed to Orange. <br /> County or North Carolina Memorial Hospital at the addresses listed below; <br /> Orange County <br /> c/o Orange Director of Social Services <br /> P.O. Box 8181 <br /> Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278 <br /> North Carolina Memorial Hospital <br /> c/o The Executive Director <br /> University of North Carolina <br /> Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27514 <br /> 9. The Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and <br /> shall not be altered, amended or modified, except by an agreement in writing <br /> executed by the duly authorized officials of both parties. <br />
