.6. <br /> STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br /> COUNTY OF ORANGE • <br /> • • <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE NORTH CAROLINA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL <br /> AND <br /> • ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this the 17th day of January, 1989, <br /> by and between ORANGE COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY) and <br /> NORTH CAROLINA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, (hereinafter referred to as NCMH) Orange <br /> ,County., North Carolina. <br /> WITNESSETH : <br /> WHEREAS, the parties have agreed with each other that the County will provide <br /> certain services for North Carolina Memorial Hospital in connection with the <br /> Orange County Department of Social Services (hereinafter referred to as OCDSS); <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the NCMH has agreed to pay certain compensation for said service <br /> and the parties desire to execute this contract to delineate their understanding <br /> of their agreement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. Orange County agrees to make available to NCMH the services of one <br /> Social Service Social Worker I, one day (8 hours) per week at the Department of <br /> Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic. <br /> 2. NCMH agrees to reimburse the County within 10 days of receipt of monthly <br /> billings for the salary and benefits involved in maintaining one Social Worker I <br /> at NCMH. NCMH also agrees to reimburse the County for 2 percent of the salary <br /> and benefits of a full time supervisor. Salary and benefits for the Social Worker I <br />
