Deadline for submission is February 1, <br /> 1989. Two applications have been received for submission: <br /> (1) Preparation of the EDC Strategic Plan <br /> (2) Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Manual <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Approve program descriptions for submission to NACo. <br />
