Griffith and Co. to perform <br /> a user fee study for Orange County. <br /> BACKGROUND: The Board authorized the Manager to contract with DMG for this <br /> s t udy on Novemb er 15, The staff has proceeded to negotiate otiate with DMG <br /> on the contract and on the fee. The contract calls for a fee of $20,842 <br /> for Phase I of the study. Phase II, an optional addition, would include <br /> the Revenue Department and would cost an additional $3,557. <br /> The contract mandates that all of the services mentioned in the Proposal <br /> for Services submitted to the County by DMG will be delivered by March 31. <br /> A copy of the Proposal is available for review in the office of the Clerk <br /> to the Board. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : The staff recommends confirmation of this contract. <br />
