The contract revision clarifies <br /> further Orange County's and OPCMHC's responsibilities. . <br /> • <br /> BACKGROUND: The Orange CAT Program, administered by the Department on <br /> Aging, provides van drivers to transport program clients. <br /> This agreement would maintain the coordinated use of <br /> certified drivers and shared use of CAT vehicles encouraged <br /> under the County Transportation Development Plan (TDP) . <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Recommend approval . • <br /> • <br />
