2 <br /> - Decrease the sign setback from the right-of-waY from <br /> 25 feet to 10 feet. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends a 10 foot sign setback <br /> along frontage of interior streets and a 25 foot <br /> setback on perimeter streets. <br /> - Increase the total for all signs from 100 square <br /> feet to 120 square feet. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends no change to the <br /> present requirements. <br /> - Allow one entrance sign for each entrance of <br /> Industrial Developments. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends an entrance sign with <br /> a maximum area of 100 square feet and a reduction in <br /> setback from 25 feet to 10 feet if the sign is 6 <br /> feet or less in height. It is also recommended this <br /> provision apply to office and commercial <br /> developments. <br /> The Planning Staff also recommends an amendment to <br /> Article 9.2a to change the diagram to indicate a 10'x <br /> 70' sight triangle to be consistent with Article 6.8. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommends approval of the proposed <br /> amendments. <br />
