The property is <br /> known as lot numbers 24 (2.44 acres) . 24A (1.52 acres) , and <br /> 24B (6.18 acres) of Tax Map 25- Eno Township. Lot 24 contains <br /> a 56' x 64' aluminum warehouse (3,584 sq.ft. ) . A minor <br /> subdivision of the property was approved in March, 1985 which <br /> divided the original 10.14 acre lot into the three parcels <br /> described above. (See Attachment A. ) <br /> . _ The property in question was-zoned GC-4 General <br /> Commercial-4 on September 2, 1981, the date of adoption <br /> of the updated Zoning Ordinance and Atlas. Prior to that <br /> _ time, the property was zoned GC - General Commercial. <br /> The property was being used as a plant nursery at the <br /> time of adoption of the new Zoning Ordinance and Atlas. <br /> (See Attachment B. ) <br /> 2. The Orange County Land Use Plan was adopted on September <br /> - <br /> 2,' 1981.
