First., a definition of "lowest floor" should <br /> be added to the definition section to avoid confusion <br /> with the term "lowest habitable floor" . Second, a <br /> clarifying amendment concerning the el evation or <br /> floodproofing of electrical and mechanical equipment <br /> should be added to Article 4 Section 4.1(a) . <br /> The Planning Board recommended approval of the <br /> amendment by a unanimous vote at their December 19, <br /> 1988 meeting. There was no discussion of the <br /> amendment at that time. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval <br /> of the proposed amendment. <br />
