Access <br /> restrictions usually apply.where safety or soil <br /> compaction is a concern. <br /> As the Planning Board reviewed the subdivisions, they <br /> questioned whether sewage disposal was an appropriate <br /> use for the recreation/open space, especially in <br /> situations where the majority of the common area was <br /> restricted for use by the residents. Subsequently, an <br /> amendment was proposed to set a ceiling on the amount <br /> of required recreation/open space which may include <br /> uses which prohibit access. <br /> The proposed amendment was presented at public hearing <br /> on November 28.
