" <br /> Planning Director or Authorized Agent <br /> ill A Final Plat for a major subdivision shall show thg <br /> following form for Planning Department endorsement: <br /> "I hereby certify that the subdivision plat shown <br /> hereon has been found to comply with the Orange <br /> County Subdivision Regulations. Provided that this <br /> plat shall be recorded within l-year of final <br /> approval, approved, by the Orange County Planning ' <br /> Department on (Date) . ". <br /> Planning Director, or Authorized Aggat <br /> (3). Where sewage disposal within all or a portion of a <br /> subdivision is to be accomplished through the <br /> installation and use of surface sewage disposal <br /> systems, the plat shall show the following form for <br /> Orange County Health Department endorsement: <br /> "General approval is hereby granted for lots as <br /> shown hereon as being suitable for subsurface <br /> sewage disposal. Before the initiation of <br /> construction, the location of the house or other <br /> structure and plans for the subsurface sewage <br /> disposal system shall be approved by the Orange <br /> County Health Department. " <br /> Environmental Health Officer: Date: <br /> (4) Where public streets are proposed in a subdivision, <br /> the plat shall contain a certification that the <br /> proposed roads meet the construction standards of <br /> the North Carolina Department of Transportation. <br /> V-D-6-e. Certificate of Exemption <br /> Where a division of property is found to be exempt <br /> from the provision of this Ordinance as specified <br /> in the definition of "subdivision" in Article 2, <br /> the plat shall show the following form for Planning <br /> Department endorsement: <br /> "I hereby certify that the division of property <br /> shown and described hereon is exempt from the <br /> Orange County Subdivision Regulations by <br /> definition. " <br /> 5-15 <br />
