13 <br /> Ordinance, and the procedures to be- followed in the <br /> preparation and submission of the Final Plat. <br /> The Planning Department shall complete its review <br /> of the Concept Plan within fourteen (14) days of <br /> submission by the applicant. One (1) copy of he <br /> Concept Plan shall be retained by the Planning <br /> Department, and one (1) copy shall be returned to <br /> the subdivider or his/her authorized agent. <br /> III-C-2. Application Requirements <br /> Upon approval of the Concept Plan by the Planning <br /> Department, the subdivider may proceed with the <br /> preparation of the Final Plat. (See Section II - <br /> Definitions) <br /> Applications for minor subdivision Final Plat <br /> approval shall be filed with the Planning <br /> Department and shall contain the following <br /> information: <br /> (a) Minor subdivision application form as <br /> prescribed by the Planning Department; <br /> (b) Original mylar of the Final Plat and five (5) <br /> copies thereof prepared in accordance with <br /> Section V-D of this Ordinance; <br /> (c) A copy of the Final Plat indicating Health <br /> Department approval/denial for each lot shown <br /> thereon; <br /> (d) Minor subdivision application fees as <br /> established by the Board of Commissioners; <br /> (e) Auxiliary documents prepared in accordance . <br /> with Section VI of this Ordinance which assure <br /> completion and/or maintenance of improvements <br /> required by this Ordinance. Such documents _ <br /> may include, but not be limited to, & private <br /> road maintenance agreement; security bond, <br /> cash or letter of credit by an approved <br /> institution; and guarantee of installation of <br /> any required road signs; <br /> (f) An Orange County Tax Map showing the location <br /> of the parcel to be subdivided; and <br /> (g) A copy of the Final Plat indicating approval <br /> of the plan to control sedimentation and <br /> erosion during construction of any required <br /> improvements.
