Both proposals were presented at public <br /> hearing on November 28, 1988. <br /> BACKGROUND: The proposed amendments to the Subdivision Regulations <br /> were developed to accomplish the following: <br /> 1. Involve the Planning Board in the Concept Plan <br /> approval process. <br /> 2. Clarify the steps involved in the plat approval <br /> process. <br /> • <br /> 3.
