January 1, 1986. <br /> . 0202 CENTERS SUBJECT TO LICENSURE - - <br /> Any child care arrangement where six or more children under 13 <br /> years of age (not including the operator' s own school-aged <br /> children as defined in this Subchapter) , receive care, on a <br /> regular basis of at least once per week, for more than four <br /> --lours but less than 24 hours per day, regardless of the time of <br /> day and regardless of whether the same children attend <br /> regularly, must be licensed.
