PD-1-88 University Station Associates - WITHDRLWN AT
REQUEST OF APPLICANT
3. ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENTS
a. Article 4 - Permitted Uses, Article 6 - Application of
• Dimensional Requirements, and Article 8 - Special Uses
(Electrical Substations)
The Presentation was made by Mary Scearba.
This amendment was proposed by the Piedmont Electric
Membership Corporation and the request is to allow
electric substations to be permitted by right in any
zone.
