The newest substation, as you know, has been <br /> located in Little River township and it was designed to meet the <br /> needs of Piedmont customers for a generation to come. However, <br /> growth sometimes has a way of making things obsolete much before <br /> their expected lifespan. I would appreciate any thoughts that <br /> you might have along this line. <br /> Again, we are very much pleased with the proposed ordinance <br /> amendment.
