He noted recent confusion regarding a Board of Health <br /> appointee. <br /> Donna Baker said there is an advisory policy, and bi-laws were adopted in 2012. She <br /> said the Board of Health by-laws were never given to the Clerk or the County Attorney. She <br /> said any board specific information that she has is always included in the abstract. <br />
