15 <br /> Craig Benedict said an application was filed on February 3, and was found to be <br /> sufficient on February 10. He said a review of the application will proceed, and staff will get this <br /> information out to the Board. He said the public will also be informed about any changes in this <br /> general area. <br /> Commissioner McKee referred to the previous item, and the 200 plus acres south of <br /> Chapel Hill. He said this land is close to highway 15-501, and asked if the zoning ordinances <br /> for this area could be provided. <br /> Perdita Holtz said this is a transition area, and Town of Chapel Hill zoning would apply <br /> there. She said she would get complete information to the Board. <br /> Chair Dorosin asked if Commissioner McKee wants information on all the parcels of <br /> land, or just one. <br /> Commissioner McKee said it is difficult to tell if this is one parcel of land, or multiple. <br /> Perdita Holtz said it is 71 parcels. <br /> Commissioner McKee said he would just like a general idea about the area, and whether <br /> any are already zoned commercial. <br /> G. Unified Development Ordinance—Tables of Permitted Uses—To receive an update on <br /> amendments to the UDO that would reorganize the Tables of Permitted Uses in <br /> response to the Byrd v.
