My most relevant <br />experience has been the preparation of the EPA's Emission Inventory Improvement <br />Program's documents for area source air pollutant inventories. Area sources are air <br />pollution sources that typically are small, widespread and diffuse, as opposed to large <br />industrial sources. I also supervised a team that prepared the 1996 area source <br />component of the EPA's National Toxics Inventory. My most recent work has been part- <br />time work providing quality assurance on a national database of air permit conditions and <br />limits (EPA's RACT/BACT/LAER Clearinghouse (RBLC)). The RBLC database includes <br />entries for hundreds of industrial processes.
