NAME SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE EXPIRATION DATE <br /> 12 Marshall Gray At-Large Engineering 12/31/2018 <br /> 13 Matt Crook At-Large 12/31/2018 <br /> NOTE - If the individuals listed above are appointed, the following vacancies remain: <br /> • *Position #4--- "At-Large — Biological Resources" position expiring 12/31/2019. This <br /> position has been vacant since 12/31/2016 with a second full term expiring. The <br /> CFE will be vetting for a candidate with a Biological Resources background. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: Enable Full Civic Participation. Ensure that Orange County <br /> residents are able to engage government through voting and volunteering by eliminating <br /> disparities in participation and barriers to participation. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board consider making <br /> appointments to the Commission for the Environment. <br />
