(0 <br />SECTION II SCOPE <br />b. Make recommendations for improvement in operations, facilities, personnel and <br />equipment and quantify the effect of the recommendations (some <br />reconunendations may not be specifically dollar related but may result in <br />improved ISO rating, reduced response time or other efficiencies). <br />3. County Support - We will evaluate those aspects of County Administration <br />where the involvement of fire and rescue departments can be of assistance to <br />plans and programs and will help in the delivery of fire and rescue services. <br />a Subdivision Planning; <br />b. Water lines; <br />C, Transportation arteries; <br />d. Street design (cul-de-sacs, gated communities, etc.) <br />9. ISO Ratings - We will review current ISO ratings of departments and make <br />reconunendations on how departments might improve then ratings and how the <br />county can assist fire departments with improvement. <br />10. Training - We will review current training practices and facilities, including the <br />role of area community college support. <br />a. Identify countywide training facility needs; <br />b. Identify specific training standards such as mass casualty response and standard <br />equipment; <br />C,. Training programs and bow they relate to the implementation of mutual aid <br />agreements <br />IL Volunteers Support - We will identify opportunities where County can assist <br />the Volunteer Departments with required paper work, administrative and <br />finding issues. <br />12. Financial Analysis - We will provide an estimated cost (operating and capital) <br />of recommended solutions or alternative solutions proposed.
