He noted recent confusion regarding a Board of Health
appointee.
Donna Baker said there is an advisory policy, and bi-laws were adopted in 2012. She
said the Board of Health by-laws were never given to the Clerk or the County Attorney. She
said any board specific information that she has is always included in the abstract.
Commissioner Rich asked if board appointments are being moved up in general, or only
when there is an attached recommendation.
Donna Baker said appointments are typically done once a month.
Chair Dorosin suggested moving them up in general, as appointments typically go
quickly.
Commissioner Jacobs said if a board chair is going to attend, then appointments should
be moved up; but if not, the public does not care to hear appointments and they could be left
towards the end.

5.
