Blythe, ext 2130 <br /> TELEPHONE NUMBERS: <br /> Hillsborough 732-8181 <br /> Chapel Hill 968-4501 <br /> Durham 688-7331 <br /> Mebane 336-227-2031 <br /> PURPOSE: To consider two changes in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar <br /> for year 2002. <br /> BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County <br /> Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in <br /> the Regular Meeting Schedule. The purpose for the April 3 meeting will be changed from Joint <br /> Planning Area (JPA) to a BOCC work session. A meeting will be added for April 17, 2002 at <br /> 7:30 p.m. at the Southern Human Services Center in Chapel Hill for the JPA meeting. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE <br /> RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their regular <br /> meeting calendar by changing the purpose of the April 3, 2002 meeting to a BOCC work <br /> session and adding a meeting for April 17, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. at the Southern Human Services <br /> Center in Chapel Hill for the JPA meeting. <br />
