FOUNDATION <br /> <br />Remove existing access door panel and framing at left side foundation <br />wall to accommodate installation of new access door. Supply and <br />install new framing and new access door framed and cross-braced with <br />2 x 4 treated lumber and '/4" plywood face, galvanized metal hinges, <br />locking hasp and lock complete. <br />$ <br />2, Remove existing access door panel and training at rear foundation wall <br />to acconuriodate installation of new access door. Supply and install <br />new framing and new access door fiamed and cross-braced with 2 x 4 <br />treated lumber and 1/4" plywood face, galvanized metal hinges, locking <br />hasp and lock, complete. <br />B, ROOF, SOFFIT & GUTTER/DOWNSPOUTS <br />Replace damaged rake trim and fascia on all gables of house and <br />carport. Wrap rake trim and fascia on all gables of house and carport <br />with Tyvek. Remove gutters and downspouts from house and carport. <br />Replace damaged fascia on front and rear of house and on carport. <br />Wrap fascia on front and rear of liouse and on carport with Tyvek. <br />Replace damaged soffit boxing and soffit vent on front and rear of <br />house. Wrap soffit boxing with Tyvek, Remove fascia and rake trim <br />from front porch and replace with new material. NOTE: After <br />removal work is complete, if further damage is discovered the Owner, <br />Contractor and Rehabilitation Specialist will meet to review the work, <br />determine a course of action and, if necessary, a cost for any additional <br />work. Supply and install new pre-finished white aluminum coil stock <br />over rake trim and fascia on all gables of house and carport, on all <br />other fascia of house and carport, and on all soffit on fiont and rear of <br />house. Materials, style and color to match existing as close as <br />practical. Contractor to supply owner with written warranty for <br />materials and labor.
