Includes caulking all seams at baseboard, new <br />shoe mold to match existing as close as practical, metal transition strips, <br />complete. <br />1 Remove existing damaged cabinet floor of sink cabinet and make repairs <br />to accommodate installation of new plywood floor. Supply and install <br />new '/4" plywood floor for cabinet, including seal all penetrations and <br />seams. Prime new material and provide latex semi-gloss painted finish, <br />complete. <br />III. HALL BATHROOM <br />Carefully remove existing crown molding and trim around shower <br />surround for later reinstallation. At existing walls above and to the sides <br />of shower surround, and at ceiling tluoughout Bathroom, supply and <br />install new 1/2" water resistant sheetrock, to be properly sealed so as to <br />prevent water and moisture leakage. Reinstall existing crown molding and <br />trim to match existing as close as practical. Sheetrock to have smooth <br />finish. All work to code <br />2. Repair existing strike plate for interior Bathroom/Bedroom door to restore <br />to proper working order. <br />3.
